Public Viewing Sessions allow the opportunity to physically inspect items prior to bidding.
These free to attend sessions are important, as all lots are sold as seen and they give bidders the chance to get hands on with items.
There’s lots of free parking available, and some of our sites include coffee lounges, meaning you can grab some coffee and cake once you’ve finished viewing.
Remember our company mantra, View, Bid, Buy… It’s as Easy as Pye!
Once you have registered an account with us, and verified your details, you are ready to bid.
Features such as our search facility make it easy to find what you’re looking for.
You can see how long is left to bid on each item and what the current winning bid is.
You can place a maximum bid, allowing the system to automatically increase your bid up to that amount, or you can incrementally increase your bids manually.
By placing a bid you are agreeing to our auction terms and conditions, which can be found on our website
Our auctions feature something called the ‘three minute rule’.
This increases the length of an auction by three minutes if someone places a bid in the last three minutes of an auction.
This is designed to allow every bidder a fair chance to increase their bid, should they wish to do so, removing the chance of them missing out at the last second.
Like with most auctions, the ‘Hammer Price’ isn’t the total amount payable on your invoice once the sale ends.
Winning bids are subject to the addition of a ‘Buyer’s Premium’ and, where applicable, VAT.
VAT is also payable on the ‘Buyer’s Premium’.
These charges are calculated and displayed before you confirm your bid.
After winning an item in one of our auctions, your invoice will appear in the invoice section on the website.
Click on the invoice and it will take you to our payments page.
Payments can be made via Credit or Debit card.
If you experience any issues whilst trying to make a payment, please get in touch via our Live-Chat facility, referencing your invoice number, for further assistance.
Lot listings will specify either parcel delivery, large item delivery or click and collect.
For parcel delivery items, simply pay your invoice, with applicable fees, then sit back and wait for your items to arrive. Deliveries can take up to 5 working days.
If you choose large item delivery, you can manage this option on your account page. Please allow up to 11 working days.
For collection you will need to log into your account and book your 1 hour collection slot at the relevant site.
