Business Opportunity
• The IP is centred upon the Maintenance Contracts previously secured by the Company with a wide range of Private and NHS Hospitals and other customers.
• Circa £660,000 contract revenue, plus remedial work and installation with annualised revenues circa £5m.
• The company has ceased to trade but order book at cessation in excess of £250k, name and business website also available.
• The Company offered a 4-hour emergency site attendance service to clients employing 18 Engineers nationwide.
Offers
Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in the contracts and customer base and other intangible assets. The asset sale will be contracted by the Administrator.
Timescale
A deadline for offers has been set for 5.00pm on Friday the 7th of March 2025.
